Each service is delivered with care, professionalism, and artistry to enhance your natural features while creating a relaxing, comfortable experience. By appointment only — walk-ins welcome for inquiries. If time allows, I’ll be happy to take you 💕 🕒 Appointments • Please arrive 5–10 minutes early to ensure a smooth start. • Late arrivals: A 10-minute grace period is allowed. After that, your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled to respect the next client’s time. ⸻ 💳 Deposit & Cancellation Policy To secure your appointment, a non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit will be applied toward your total service balance at checkout. Deposits protect both your time and mine — every appointment slot is reserved especially for you. 📅 Rescheduling If you need to reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours in advance, and your deposit will transfer to your new appointment. Last-minute reschedules (under 24 hours) will forfeit the deposit and require a new one to rebook. ❌ Cancellations & No-Shows • Cancellations within 24 hours: Deposit will be forfeited. • Cancellations within 12 hours: 50% of the remaining balance (after deposit) will be charged. • No-shows: Deposit will be forfeited, and future appointments may require full payment upfront. • Late arrivals (10+ minutes): May result in a shortened service or cancellation depending on the schedule. • Overdue balances: Any declined card or unpaid fee must be cleared before future bookings. Cancellation Policy
A 24-hour notice is required for all cancellations and reschedules. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment will result in a 50% fee of the scheduled service.
No-shows will be charged 100% of the service total, and deposits are non-refundable.
Please respect my time and the time of other clients by arriving promptly and notifying me of any changes in advance.
